Some people really respond to a very physical adjustment where you will hear the bones actually moving in the joint cavity, releasing, like a “gas bubble” what pop. Other people do not like that at all, they will like a very light force adjustment by using his hands, but also might use an instrument such as this called the activator and it is a very quick movement you can adjust it to different tensions, depending on if it is an older or a younger patient, and depending if your problem are up in the neck or may down the low back. Other techniques may include diversified, gonstead, Hi-Lo drop table and soft tissue work.
